2. Assess Current Supply Chain State:

   • Conduct gap assessments and map out As-Is processes.
3. Conceptualize the Future-State Operating Model:
   • Prioritize improvement opportunities and develop future-state models.
   • Sequence and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
4. Initiate and Support Transformation Projects:
   • Guide your team in creating project charters and work streams.
   • Provide support for resource planning, stakeholder communication, and change management.
