- Foundational Sustainability Concepts: Introduction to ESG, circular supply chains, and key sustainability definitions.
- Triple Bottom Line (TBL): Understanding how people, profit, and the planet interconnect within the supply chain.
Session 2:
- UN Global Compact Guidelines: Overview of SDGs and their application to supply chain strategies.
- GRI Standards: Interpreting global sustainability reporting standards.
Session 3:
- ASCM Sustainability Standards: Interpretation and review of ASCM’s enterprise certification standards for sustainability.
Session 4:
- Application of Sustainability Concepts: Implementing ASCM standards into your own supply chain processes.
Session 5:
- Sustainability Assessment and Reporting: Learn how to conduct supply chain sustainability assessments and report using GRI and ASCM standards.
Session 6:
- Developing Supply Chain Initiatives: Identifying initiatives and projects to address sustainability gaps.
Session 7:
- Enterprise Certification for Sustainability Standards: Exploring ASCM’s process excellence, ethical excellence, and ecological excellence models.
Session 8:
- Applying Change and Reporting: Overview of sustainability self-assessment and action plans to improve supply chain sustainability.
