There are 2 methods we support which give this valuable insight. The VCARE Academy’s SCKEA which provides a specific assessment for each individual; and the ASCM talent assessment which is anonymous and gives a view of a team.

VCARE SCKEA (Supply Chain Knowledge Evaluation Assessment)

The VCARE SCKEA is a groundbreaking tool designed to evaluate supply chain knowledge, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. With two distinct approaches, it caters to both end-to-end expertise and specific functional knowledge.

End-to-End Knowledge Assessment

For those seeking a comprehensive evaluation, this is the full-strength, in-depth assessment. It evaluates expertise across 7 critical areas of supply chain operations, including Strategy, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Resilience.

Key Features:

  • 5 Levels of Assessment: Progress through levels sequentially, starting from Fundamental (Level 1) to Expert (Level 5).
  • Duration: Each level takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
  • Passing Criteria: A score of 70% or higher is required to move to the next level.
  • Progressive Learning: You cannot skip levels—each builds on the knowledge of the previous one.

This assessment is ideal for individuals seeking to demonstrate mastery of end-to-end supply chain operations or organizations aiming to benchmark their team’s comprehensive knowledge.

The ASCM Talent Assessment is a team-focused tool designed to evaluate collective capabilities across the SCOR process areas. Conducted anonymously, this assessment provides a clear picture of your team’s strengths and areas for development.
